TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Entrants are eligible to enter the competition within the promotional dates of 1st May 2023 – 17th July 2023. Entrants must enter via the online website, and must complete all valid information including email address, contact telephone number, proof or purchase of Shloer Zero Red Grape or Shloer Zero White Grape, within the promotional period of 1st May – 17th July 2023. Any other Shloer products will not be accepted as part of this giveaway.
  2. Entrants from the Republic of Ireland must additionally correctly answer the skills based question on the form
  3. Winners will be contacted within 14 working days of the prize draw closing and will be given 5 days to claim and acknowledge their prize. Winners will only be contacted by SHS Drinks either by telephone or email.
  4. Entrant will be given optional opt in to Jet2holidays Limited email & SMS marketing.
  5. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK and ROI, and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of SHS Drinks, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. An entrant can only enter one receipt at a time, with one email address. Further entries must be clarified with a new receipt and alternative email address within the promotion window.
    If winner is located in ROI, SHS Drinks to provide cost of transfers to eligible UK Jet2.com base to one of the 3 destinations on offer as part of the prize – note being this is only available as part of the main prize and SHS will not provide travel to any of the 10 runners up.

    One winner will win one Jet2holiday, selected from the options below:

    Option 1

    1. a 7 night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 14 at date of return) in a Family room on an all inclusive plus board basis at the Delphin Imperial, Turkey. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com airport that flies to Antalya and allows the duration of the prize advertised transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
    2. This prize must be booked by 31st August 2023 and taken and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):
      13/06/2023 – 18/07/2023 or
      31/07/2023 – 14/08/2023 or
      05/09/2023 – 19/10/2023

    Option 2

    1. a 7 night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 12 at date of return) in a Family junior suite room on an all inclusive plus board basis at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos, Cyprus. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com airport that flies to Paphos and allows the duration of the prize advertised, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
    2. This prize must be booked by 31st August 2023 and taken and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):

This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com airport that flies to Chania and allows the duration of the prize advertised, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
    2. This prize must be booked by 31st August 2023 and taken and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):
      13/06/2023 – 18/07/2023 or
      31/07/2023 – 07/08/2023 or
      05/09/2023 – 31/10/2023 or
      01/05/2024 – 22/05/2024 or
      04/06/2024 - 25/06/2024

    7. Prize 2

  7. 10 winners will win:
    The winner will win a Jet2holidays prize winning letter to the value of £250.00 (the “Prize”). Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.

    8. Holiday Prize Terms:

  8. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance, please note that Jet2holidays terms and conditions (please see paragraph 10 below for further details) apply and that it is a condition of the winner’s contract with us that the winner takes out adequate travel insurance suitable for their needs from the date of booking
  9. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
  10. The prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence.
  11. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
  12. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
  13. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
  14. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
  15. The prize duration may not be extended and no element of the prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the prize details may not be booked onto the prize booking.
  16. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.

    17. £250 Prize Winners Letter Terms:

  17. The Winner may book more than one holiday using the prize winning letter but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid at the same time.
  18. The prize winning letter must be redeemed by 31st August 2023, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2024.
  19. Optional extras, above the £250 prize value, may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.
  20. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a prize winning letter and cash).
  21. Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
  22. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
  23. Where a holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the prize winning letter, it shall be subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will take precedence. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the prize winning letter it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies, these competition terms and conditions shall take precedence.
  24. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
  25. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute any prize with an alternative prize, to the equivalent prize value.
  26. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
  27. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  28. If the price of the booking made using the Prize is less than the Prize amount, you will lose any remaining amount.
  29. If the price of the booking made using the Prize is more than the Prize voucher amount, the winner must pay the difference by another payment method.
  30. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details (if applicable). Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
  31. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.
  32. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

    33. General:

  33. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy).
  34. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
  35. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud. In the unlikely event of personal injury/death of any of the parties whilst travelling to or on the holiday no claim can be made against the prize promoter (SHS Drinks).
